She arrived early to set-up, and called us directly afterwards to let us know how it went. She always had a lot of information about the visitors, indicating she took the time to get to know the potential buyers, looking for a good fit and genuine interest in the house. I think what sticks out most to me was how honest and caring Heidi was throughout the whole process which, by the way, took little more than a month. Heidi’s expert guidance actually made the selling experience painless, and allowed us to concentrate on our next home. Which, if we ever decide to sell, Heidi is the first person we will call.

I was discouraged that the conservative offer price agreed upon by Heidi and us was ultimately reduced by over $50,000 dollars. This was the same offer price suggested by two other Realtors but was no where near to what we ended up having to accept in order to sell.
